Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns! Returns must be sent back within 30 days upon delivery. We cannot accept returns or offer a refund or exchange after the 30 day time-frame. To be eligible for a return, the product purchased must be unused and in the same condition as well as sent back in original packaging, as well as being a universal application product such as a headlight bulb, blinker bulb, brake light build, etc. A 10 – 15% restocking and shipping fee for items returned will be deducted from the refund. Refunds on custom products are not allowed. Custom products require custom work and labor to be assembled and shipped out, all of which are tailored to your specifications and vehicle application as well as costing us time and money. Because of this, and the high likelihood of special items not commonly being ordered by the same two people, unique items cannot be returned. PLEASE test products before install. This will ensure that the product works properly and was not damaged upon install. All products are tested before shipment to guarantee performance. Any claims made of a defective product will have to be proven by consumer. A one year limited warranty is applied to all normal priced items. The warranty however does not cover items that have been modified or damaged, such as damaged wires, damaged LEDs, installation error, melting from engine bay heat, or water damage. Please install all controllers inside the vehicle if possible. If you are unsure how to install a product, please contact a professional. Our product demonstration/installation videos are to be used as guidelines and we are not liable for any damage done to your vehicle or product.
